General

How long does it take to get to the hotel to the AIRPORT and how much does it cost? 
There are two international airports in Bangkok which are Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang International Airport (DMK). The taxi fare is around THB 400 – 500, calculated by meter. It takes approximately 45 – 60 minutes from the hotel to the airport depending on the traffic conditions. It is advisable to depart to the airport at least 2-3 hours before the scheduled departure time in case of heavy traffic conditions during rush hour.

What is the nearest SKY TRAIN or METRO STATION? 
The nearest sky train (BTS) is Chong Nonsi Station (9-minute walk) and metro (MRT) is Samyan Station (12-minute walk).

How to get to your hotel by AIRPORT LINK?
Taking Airport Rail Link from Suvarnabhum Airport to Phayathai Station and change at Siam Station (From Sukhumvit line to Silom line), then heading to Chongnonsi Station. Our hotel is located nearby Chongnonsi station which takes 9-minute walk.

The Airport Rail Link operates from 06:00 - 24:00 hrs. daily and is located at B1 level at the airport.

Where is the nearest BANK or CURRENCY EXCHANGE?
The nearest Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) is located under Krungthai Bank PCL where it is located less than a 3 minute walk. From the front of the hotel facing the road, please turn left and walk straight to the traffic light passing Baan Suriyasai on the left hand side. While standing at the junction, KrungThai Bank is located right in front of you. Alternatively, The following currencies are available for exchange at our hotel reception desk.

Is there a MINI MART near by the hotel?
7-Eleven is 1 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Is there BABYSITTING service available? 
No, babysitting service is not available at the moment.

Does the hotel provide INTERNET ACCESS/WIFI? 
Yes, internet access is provided as a complimentary to all guests who staying at the hotel. The login information and password will be provided upon check-in.

Is there CAR PARK available at the hotel? 
Yes, thre is a multi-storey car park that can accommodate up to 121 cars.

Are PETS allowed in the hotel?
No pets allowed currently in the hotel.

Are SENIOR DISCOUNT available?
Senior discounts are not available

Is a DOCTOR/CLINIC available at the Hotel? 
No, there is no clinic available in the hotel. However, we provide doctor on-call service.

What are theTAX and OTHER CHARGES?
The taxes and other charges amount to 17% (VAT + service charge).

How much does the Hotel LIMOUSINE SERVICE PRICE? 
Hotel limousine service for airport transfer are as below:

Toyota Camry THB 1,600 net per trip with a maximum capacity of 2 persons (one-way)

BMW Series 7 THB 3,800 net per trip with a maximum capacity of 2 persons (one-way)

Mercedes Benz S class THB 3,800 net per trip with a maximum capacity of 2 persons (one-way)

Toyota Van Commuter THB 2,200 net per trip with a maximum capacity of 6 - 8 persons (one-way)

Do you have HANDICAPPED Parking?
Yes, we have handicapped parking lots available where they are located behind our hotel Building. Once driving through the Hotel entrance, please turn right and turn left at the corner of Hotel Building. Then you will see the Parking entrance signage on your left side. Please do not enter, but please drive pass the car park entrance through the end of Building, then turn left. Please continue to drive slowly. Available Handicapped Parking lots are located on the left hand side near to the end of Hotel Building.

How many hotel PARKING LOTS for the disabled?
There are two handicapped parking lots on our ground floor. There is no handicapped parking lot available at our multi storey car park.

What are the CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT timings?
Check-in time: After 14.00 hrs (local time) 
Check-out time: 12.00 hrs (local time)

Can I CHECK-IN EARLY? 
Early check-in is subject to availability and occupancy. Guest is encouraged to reserve the room one night in advance to ensure the room is ready upon arrival. This will be charged at the full previous day's rate.

Can i UPGRADE to a higher room category?
Yes, you can, however upgrading to a higher room category is subject to availability and rates may vary.

What are the CLUB BENEFITS?

  • Complimentary late check out at 16:00 hrs. (Subject to availability)
  • Complimentary Evening Cocktail at Club Lounge located at 20th floor from 17:00 - 19:00 hrs (Not applicable on departure date)

Can I bring DURIAN or eat durian in my room? 
Guest can not bring durian.

Can I request a BABY COT? Is there any additional charge? 
Baby cot is available upon request without additional charge.

Do you have any ACCESSIBLE ROOMS? 
Guest can request accessible room upon check-in.

Are there CONNECTING ROOMS available? 
Yes, connecting rooms are available on Deluxe, Executive and Club room category.

Are the TOILETS in the rooms floor pedestal style or wall hung?
The toilets in the rooms are floor mounted.

Do all rooms have BALCONY? 
Balcony is only available for Amara Suite (non-smoking area).

Is MINIBAR complimentary? 
In-room minibar is complimentary for Club Room Type and above only (Club Room, Club Cabana, Club 10 and Amara Suite).

MINIBAR (CHILLER) temperature cold enough for food? 
Our glass door chiller is not a fridge and set up around 25°C with manual temperature control knobs located inside the compartment.

Dining

Is there any VEGETARIAN MENU available?
Vegetarian menu is available at all outlets.

What are the OPERATING HOURS for the bar? 
Our rooftop bar AkaAza operates from 08:00 - 24:00 hrs. (the last order for food is 22:30 pm and for drink at 23:30 hrs.)

Is IN-ROOM BREAKFAST available? 
Breakfast item is only allowed to dine-in at Element. However, guest can choose to order in-room dining service through the menu with additional charges.

Can guests bring OWN WINE AND WHISKY and consume it at the restaurant? 
Guest can bring their own alcohol to the restaurant, however a corkage fee will be charged; 
THB 500 Net for wine 
THB 800 Net for whisky and liqueur (per bottle)

Is the food HALAL Certified? 
No, we are not Halal Certified.

What TIME is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 06:00 - 10.30 hrs. daily.

What is the daily BREAKFAST PRICE?
If you have booked a rate without breakfast, you can still enjoy our breakfast for THB 600++ per person.

Is SMOKING allowed at public area?
Smoking is allowed at Element restaurant (outdoor area) and hotel main entrance (outside area) only.

Can I order FOOD OUTSIDE the hotel? 
Yes, please mention the room number to the driver while placing order and ensure the payment is completed.

Can I bring in own LIQUOR to be consumed at hotel's outlets? 
Self brought-in liquor bottle is not allowed at any of our outlets within the premises.

Facilities

What are the OPERATING HOURS of the swimming pool?
Swimming pool opens from 06:00 - 20:00 hrs. 
Non in-house guests are allowed with a minimum spend of THB 1,500++ per person at AkaAza Rooftop Bar.

Is there SHOWER ROOM and LOCKER at the swimming pool area? 
Shower room and locker are not available at swimming pool area.

Do you serve FOOD at the swimming pool? 
Food and beverage are available at AkaAza from 08:00 - 23:30 hrs.

What is the DEPTH of a pool? 
1.30 metre (4.2 ft) depth swimming pool.

Can I SMOKE at the bar? 
Yes, you can. The smoking area is located at the corner in front of AkaAza toilet.

Can I reserve a SUNBED in the morning? 
Reservation for the sunbed is not available. It is under first come first serve basis due to limited space at the swimming pool area.

Is there a GYM in the Hotel? 
Gym is available for 24 hours, located on the 22th floor. For security and safety reasons, you need to access to the gym with your room key card.

Is there a BUSINESS CENTRE available? 
No, Business Centre is not available. However, the front desk will be pleased to assist on any business-related matters (photo copying, scanning and etc).

Does the hotel provide a LAUNDRY SERVICE? 
Yes, laundry service is available with additional charges. The pricing list and laundry bag are placed on the closet. If you require the service, please fill up the form and press "0" on the room phone and leave the laundry bag in front of your room.

Do you have SPA facilities? 
Unfortunately, there is no spa facility but we have in-room massage service provided in the hotel.

Nearby Attractions

Are there any SHOPPING MALLS near the hotel and if, so where are they? 
It only takes 20 minutes to reach shopping malls such as MBK, Central World Plaza, Siam Paragon, Central Embassy, Samyan Midtown, Terminal 21 and Chatuchak (JJ) Weekend Market (approximately 15 – 30 minutes by Taxi).

Is there any NIGHT MARKET near by the hotel? 
atpong Night Market is located at Silom road and only 450 metre (6 minutes walk from the hotel) 
Asiatique which is located along Chao Phraya River and approximately takes 20 minutes by taxi from the hotel.
